With a distinguished background in behavioral health management, case management services, and nonprofit program leadership, Tameca created Next Step Living to fill the critical gap between clinical treatment and sustainable, independent living. Her leadership ensures every program reflects a commitment to dignity, progress, and hope, expanding pathways of opportunity across Virginia and North Carolina.
